Returns Policy
We endeavor to ship all items carefully packaged and protected, however, if you receive a damaged item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the damaged product. We will respond quickly with instructions about how to return items from your order for replacement.
Shipping
We can ship to any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Also be aware that some countries have suspended shipping to certain locations due to COVID.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping method you choose.
We are currently offering low shipping rates in the US by subsidizing our shipping prices. For most items shipping to US addresses, you may order $30 worth of products and pay the same low shipping rate. Bear this in mind if you plan on ordering a single comic or magazine.
International customers please note: the US Postal Service has raised all international shipping rates to absolutely ridiculous levels. We make no money from international shipping charges and the rates we charge on this website are lower than what you would pay at the post office. We apologize for these excessive rates but there is nothing we can do about them.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
