The issue is very tightly bound, indicating that it was either never read or read extremely carefully.
The book itself is Near Mint, but it appears that only the cover was opened as there are very light stress lines on the cover near the spine. They don't jump out at you but there are there so we are mentioning them.
We'll call this a Very Fine.
